HC-One’s Pytchley Court care home Residents and Colleagues were delighted when a Relative of the home arranged for the local ice cream van to visit outside the home.
Everyone was so pleased as they were treated to a refreshing ice cream in a tub complete with a flake and sauce of their choice.
The refreshingly icy treat was enjoyed by all as they spoke of their favourite ice cream toppings and the treats they would enjoy as children.
Sue Watson, home manager, commented: “It’s wonderful to see the Residents having a great time together, we have enjoyed our treats."
