Cheese and wine afternoon at Hyde care homeResidents at HC One’s The Sycamores care home, delighted in afternoon filled with cheese and wine. 

Colleagues at the Hyde care home had prepared some tasty cheese boards that were filled with blue stilton, Wensleydale with mango and ginger, French brie and five countries choose.

There was also a selection of crackers, bread sticks, olives with feta cheese and Branston pickle to accompany the variety of cheeses. 

The Residents enjoyed a small plate with a bit of everything, washed down with a good old glass of wine topped with a raspberry, or a half pint of cider depending on preference. 

One of the staff commented “there was a very good selection of both cheese and crackers, and it was all very well presented too.”
