The team at Roseland Court were delighted to have received an impressive CQC report that rated the home as ‘Good’ in all areas, demonstrating that the home is providing high standards of care for Residents, that the home is Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsible, and Well-Led.
The inspectors were full of praise for colleagues at Roseland Court, highlighting the kind ways in which they provide care for Residents at the home. This sentiment was echoed by Relatives of the home, who made remarks such as "We are very happy, Mum seems to have settled well" and "I cannot praise them enough, they are so good with Dad. They are straight on to everything and nothing is too much trouble for the staff."
Inspectors also commented on the leadership of the service Roseland Court provide, indicating that it is “Well-Led”. Service leadership, management and governance assured high-quality, person-centred care; supported learning and innovation; and promotes an open, fair culture which was evidenced throughout. The service is consistently managed and well-led. Leaders and the culture promoted high-quality, person-centred care.
