Coventry care home keep in touch with loved onesColleagues at HC One’s Victoria Manor care home, have been making sure that Residents are able to keep in touch with their loved ones during this challenging time.

Staff at the Coventry home have been supporting the Residents living in the home to keep up to date with their loved ones as much as possible.

Staff have taken photos of Residents holding roses to send out to their families, to let them know they are doing well and thinking of them. The roses have also been pressed so these can be sent out to the Residents as a keepsake.

One of the Residents commented “This has made me feel so happy that I know my family are getting something from me, so they know I care and love them.”

Zoom video calls and telephone calls have been taking place daily. Residents have been kept busy and entertained to make sure they have activities to do and do not feel alone during this unsettling time.
