Residents at HC-One’s Bankwood care home in Duffield have been celebrating the Easter holidays with a huge donation off the local Morrisons supermarket.
Bankwood care home Residents had lots of fun over the Easter holidays, which started with a film, Peter Rabbit, which they all thoroughly enjoyed whilst snacking on their Easter eggs.
The local Morrisons supermarket generously donated 90 Easter eggs to Bankwood care home for Residents and staff to feast on over the long weekend.
Residents at Bankwood care home also played games and created Easter bonnets which all had their own little bits of Easter decorations on. After that they all enjoyed a food buffet with hot cross buns on offer as well as a chocolate fountain which provided Residents with lots of laughter.
One Bankwood care home Resident said: “I’ve had a lovely time, but I’ve definitely ate too much chocolate!”
