A very special Colleagues at HC-One’s Castle View care home in Dumbarton, is celebrating her retirement this month, after many years of service at the home and even more in social care.
Castle View wellbeing coordinator, Mary Clark, who is well respected at the home after working there for many years, is due to retire this month and will be sorely missed by all in the home, including by all the Residents who she cares for dearly, during her time at Castle View.
Mary, who is in her 70’s now, ran the breakfast club for Residents on the memory care unit, a breakfast club that is recognised as the best the home as ever seen by some Residents.
A great day was had by all in the home celebrating Mary’s retirement, with tears of joy and sadness of Mary leaving being shed. “Happy Retirement Mary, put your feet up and enjoy some well deserved rest,” said Castle View Home Manager, Jo Donnelly.
