Residents have been busy exploring their creative side at HC-One’s Highgate care home in Uddingston, Glasgow making beautiful Easter egg window art.
In anticipation of Easter Sunday, Residents have created Easter egg stained glass window displays using plastic polly pockets, acrylic paints and Easter egg templates. Residents enjoyed created their very own Easter themed designs, when they were happy with their eggs the team set them aside to dry, laminated them and then put them on display in the home’s window.
Everyone was delighted with the finished designs, with one Resident commenting: “I love all of the eggs, they are making the window look beautiful.”
Highgate General Manager, Jennifer McKellar said: “It’s great to see our Residents exploring their creative side, the Easter egg art is wonderful.”
