Festive fun at Cradley Heath care home
HC-One’s Roxburgh House care home in Cradley Heath is filled with Christmas cheer as Residents and team members enjoy festive donations and Christmas crafts.

The National Citizen Service kindly donated cards and gifts for Residents along with some treats for the home’s hardworking team and some books for Residents to read in the new year.

Pupils from Ark Boulton Academy donated handmade Christmas cards for every Resident at Roxburgh House, reading through all the cards and admiring the lovely drawings by the children was lovely for the Residents.

Residents have also been busy making jingle bells which they are going to ring on Christmas Eve at 6 pm. Everyone enjoyed listening to Christmas songs as they shared their favourite festive memories and chose their favourite colour ribbons for the bells.

Roxburgh House Home Manager, Linda Wilkes, said: “I would like to thank the National Citizen Service and the lovely pupils at Ark Boulton Academy for their festive donations, it has really lifted the spirits of everyone at Roxburgh House and brought Christmas cheer to our home.”
