Residents at HC One’s Willow Brook care home celebrated National Fish and Chip day today with none other than, fish and chips!
Residents tucked into a tasty fish and chip lunch at the Nottingham care home to celebrate the national holiday.
Residents had the choice of cod, haddock, fish cakes and one particular gentlemen had cod roe and curry sauce.
One Resident commented “ooh that was lovely, I really enjoyed my fish cake.”
All of the Residents really enjoyed having proper fish and chips, and lots of them found that they liked the curry sauce. Since it was so popular Colleagues have purchased some for when fish and chips are next on the menu.
