Residents at HC-One’s Aston House Care Home on Angel Lane, Hayes, enjoyed an active afternoon as they all took part in a variety of ‘floor’ games.
Joy and amusement was had by all as Residents took part in activities such as bowling and ‘catch’ together. The activities were found to be very engaging for everyone involved, as Colleagues and Residents enjoyed themselves.
For Residents, these wonderful activities helped with both their arm strength and their hand-eye coordination, whilst also encouraging them to interact socially.
Home Manager, Seema Jose, stated: “It’s wonderful to see our Residents having fun and socialising with one another, through these activities, we always get to know our Residents a little bit more each time.”
Aston House is part of a peaceful residential community in Hayes in Middlesex. This lovely, purpose-built care home with 48 beds offers residential memory and nursing memory care for those living with dementia.
