Inverness care home supports local community food bankResidents at HC-One’s Cradlehall care home in Inverness have decided to repay their local community with some kind donations, after they helped the home during the coronavirus outbreak.

Residents and staff at Cradlehall care home really appreciated the kind donations from family, friends, neighbours and the kindness of strangers during the first coronavirus outbreak.

So much so, they got together and thought of how they could contribute to those who had helped them. Residents suggested supporting their local ‘Food 4 Good’ project, a charity providing food for those in the community who need it.

Residents Rose and Ray made a lovely basket that was then filled with some goods, from essential foods, to some treats and chocolates.

Finally, Annie and Sheena got busy planting herb pots for the neighbours which they delivered with a "Happy Harvest " message.

Cradlehall Resident Rose said: “It’s good to be busy, I enjoyed packing the hampers and planting the herbs.”

Cradlehall Residents enjoy helping in the local community and are very proud of themselves for doing so.

Home Manager at Cradlehall, Fiona Sutherland said: “It’s lovely to help others, we are so lucky here at Cradlehall care home.”
