Cedar House Residents Lillian, Peter, Ashley, Remo and Joyce enjoyed celebrating their birthdays this month at HC-One’s Cedar House care home, in Harefield.
January was a busy month for marking Residents’ birthday as five Residents shared the same birth month.
They all really enjoyed receiving a gift and cards from the home, plus from their family and friends, and enjoyed their yummy birthday cakes and being sung happy birthday to.
Ashley, who lives at Cedar House, really loved receiving his cake and gifts by Nurse Sabrina. He said, “The cake was nice.”
Likewise, Resident Peter enjoyed his day and, in particular, really liked his new pyjamas and making his model aeroplane, which he had received as a gift from the home.
Ayan, Carer, commented, “It was lovely seeing Ashley’s face when he received his cake and gifts.”
“Everyone enjoyed having video calls or chatting to friends and family over the phone.”
