Linlithgow care home on St Ninians Road, in Linlithgow – part of HC-One, the kind care company – is celebrating having received a glowing report from the home’s recent inspection by the Care Inspectorate (CI).
The team at Linlithgow were delighted to receive an impressive Care Inspectorate report, which rated the home as ‘Very Good’ is both areas inspected which were ‘how well do we support people’s wellbeing?’ and ‘how well is care and support planned?’
The inspectors were full of praise for the team, highlighting the kind ways in which they provide care for Residents at the home. This sentiment was echoed by Relatives who made remarks such as, "I am very happy with the care my relative receives at the home. This brings piece of mind knowing everything is being done to look after her" and "Nothing is too much for the staff at this home, they are kind and considerate, not just towards my relative but towards the family.”
