Lancashire care home, Old Gates, is currently in the midst of learning to implement a new payroll system and thought they would come up with something creative to introduce it.
Some Colleagues have been working hard to encourage all staff to log in and out using the terminals found in the home. To help with this, they have decided to host a photo competition to find the funniest login photo.
Home Manager, Helen Holden, remarked, “All Covid related and social distancing related protocol is being followed in order to do this. There will be a first, second and third place prize and it is running throughout the whole of November.”
They are hoping that this will help make logging in fun for the staff and help with the transition.
