Residents at HC-One’s Avandale Lodge care home, in Lostock Gralam, have been busy this weekend taking part in Easter crafts and having lots of Easter treats.
Crafts including biscuit decorating and spring themed decorating of the home, which Residents helped with. Resident Ada said, “I’d like to keep the bunny mirror I made please.”
Afterwards everyone sat down and have a lovely Easter lamb roast dinner on Sunday. Residents all received a chocolate Easter egg too.
Hedley, who is a Resident, said, “Thank you for the Easter egg.”
Wellbeing Coordinator, Rachael Sidebotham, remarked, “It is always lovely to see Residents enjoying themselves. Everyone said they had a wonderful weekend and particularly enjoyed the food and activities.”
