David Cottingham, a Resident at Ladywood care home, celebrated his 70th birthday today.
David received cards from his family and the Colleagues at the Ilkeston care home.
David said he was happy to spend his birthday relaxing, listening to his favourite ‘Northern Soul’ music. He also said he was very much looking forward to his birthday cake at tea time too!
Colleagues also helped to set up a Zoom call for David with his family to make sure he got to see them on his special day. David was in good spirits and had a lovely day despite the lockdown.
