Residents at Appleton Manor care home in Stockport enjoyed a keep fit session with Alex from local fitness organisation, Smile.
The exercise regime involved a gentle routine along to some motivational music, followed by a game of throwing bean bags and balls into different targets around the room.
Everyone loved singing and clapping along to the music in between routines, as Wellbeing Coordinator Sarah cheered everyone along.
Residents thoroughly enjoyed the exercise class, which aims to promote hand-eye coordination and enhance mobility amongst older people.
One Resident commented: “I really enjoyed that, especially the games we took part in.”
