Scone care home Residents craft Christmas cards for loved onesResidents at HC-One’s Catmoor House care home in Scone recently created some lovely handmade cards to send to their friends and family this Christmas.

Due to the current restrictions on visiting because of the coronavirus pandemic, Colleagues and Residents had to come up with a new idea on how Residents would celebrate and send their best wishes over the Christmas period this year.

Catmoor House Residents came up with the idea of making some beautiful handmade cards to send to their loved ones back home to let them know they are thinking of them during the festive period.

Wellbeing coordinators Sandra Nicholson and Lorna Niven made sure all the materials were in and helped Residents where they were struggling. Residents enjoyed cutting out cards, drawing festive landscapes and gluing everything together.

“Oh, what lovely cards, I have had a lot of fun today I can’t wait to send it off to my family,” said one Catmoor Resident.
