Residents at HC-One’s Stadium Court care home recently went, with Colleagues, on a trip to Llandudno.
Relatives and friends joined the home as they visited the coastal Welsh town, enjoying a walk along the pier and the beach areas.
A trip to the café was enjoyed as everyone each had a warm drink and slice of cake as they discussed the plans for the day, before going on to look around the souvenir shops and arcade games.
Residents shared memories they had of visiting the area in their younger days, with some describing how this visit made them think of the time they’d spent there with family years ago. Everyone enjoyed a fish and chip lunch and a sing along on the journey back to the home.
Trish McCaffrey, Home Manager, commented: “Residents have really enjoyed themselves today, it has brought back such lovely memories for everyone and we hope to do it again soon.”
