Residents have enjoyed treating themselves to some flipping good pancakes today to celebrate Shrove Tuesday at HC-One’s Fairview care home in Bannockburn, Stirling.
Residents on both floors of the home took the opportunity to decorate their own pancakes to enjoy with their cup of tea or coffee. They had a massive selection of toppings to choose from, including fresh fruit, syrups, chocolate, ice cream and sprinkles.
Some Residents helped themselves to just a few of their favourite toppings while others enjoyed a fully-loaded pancake with a little bit of everything.
One Resident commented: “The pancakes were messy but very yummy.”
There were smiles throughout Fairview as Residents tucked into their delicious sweet treats. Pancake Day was a definite hit with Residents this year.
