Wakefield care home garden receives spring cleanPreparations for the warmer months are underway at HC-One’s Snapethorpe Hall care home as the team and Residents perform a spring clean on the grounds.

Residents at Snapethorpe Hall held a meeting where they decided that they wanted to find a way to keep the Christmas tree in the grounds because a bird was nesting in the tree and everyone still agreed it looks beautiful.

The team have since been busy giving the garden a spring tidy up ready for the warmer months, the patio was given a good clean and some new plants have been planted.

Everyone was pleased with the finished result and are excited for the warmer months where they can sit outside more and admire the beautiful wildlife in the garden.

One Resident said: “I am so pleased a bird is nesting in our tree, I can’t wait to see the fledglings.”
