David has been with HC-One since its founding in 2011. As Chief Financial Officer, he plays a key role in supporting the company’s financial strength through acquisitions, refinancing, and growth. He ensures we remain financially resilient so our teams can focus on delivering the kindest care.

Stephen Butterworth

Chief Operations Officer

Stephen is responsible for the operational delivery of care across our homes and domiciliary services. Since joining HC-One in 2012, he has worked closely with our home teams to make sure residents receive consistently kind care and that colleagues feel supported every day.
