After joining HC-One in 2014, Lesley leads HC-One’s Public Sector Team where she plays a key role in working closely with local authorities and NHS partners - helping to develop innovative services that respond to the needs of the communities we support.

As part of her role, Lesley is passionate about shaping services that benefit people living in our homes, our care teams, and local communities, by collaborating with commissioners, share best practices nationally, and create care services that truly make a difference. 

Emma Baker

Commissioned Services Manager

With a degree in Health and Social Care Management, and extensive experience in the dementia care and charity sectors, Emma joined HC-One as a Commissioned Services Manager in 2021. 

Emma is passionate about building strong relationships with commissioners and local authorities, and brings collaboration and partnership working to the heart of everything she does. From supporting with intermediate care solutions to supporting people living with dementia, Emma enjoys finding the right solution for each community she works with. 

Joanna Zlocinska

Commissioned Services Manager

Joanna brings extensive experience from both the NHS and local government, where she led major transformation and commissioning programmes to improve health and social care services. She is passionate about developing models of care that are person-centred, sustainable, and shaped by the voices of those who use them.

At HC-One, Joanna manages relationships with professional partners and supports our homes to innovate and deliver high-quality services. Among her proudest achievements is her work to develop and launch HC-One’s first Specialist Dementia Care Community in Preston.
