The certificate, awarded on 6 October 2025, confirms that Millcroft Care Home has achieved Level 1 – Disability Confident Committed status. This recognition highlights the home’s ongoing dedication to fostering an inclusive and accessible working environment for all current and future colleagues.
As part of this commitment, Millcroft Care Home ensures that its recruitment process is both inclusive and accessible, providing equal opportunities for everyone who wishes to join the team.
