On the 5th December, both Residents and Colleagues got into the festive spirit as
Aberpennar Court care home in Miskin, held a Christmas concert.
Residents of the 47-bed residential and nursing care home were excited as Michael a regular entertainer came along to the home to perform some Christmas classics.
Michael brought along several musical instruments which all the Residents enjoyed listening too.
He sang many Christmas songs which everyone enjoyed listening too. Residents joined in singing both the Christmas songs and carols.
Julie and Claire, both Residents at the care home, said, “It now feels like the start of Christmas!”
Leanne Gunter, Care Home Manager, added, “Michael is a huge hit with the Residents, they love when he comes along to the home to perform. The concert was fantastic and it got everyone feeling very festive.”
