A great achievement for Ferryhill care home ColleagueDanielle Cordock, Home Administrator at Tenlands care home, in Ferryhill provided an expression of interest to the Aspiring Home Managers Programme at HC-One in the hope she would be invited to attend the assessment event.

All the applications were screened against a pre-set criteria designed around identifying the levels of experience and readiness that would support moving to the next step.

The event took place in London Kings Cross and Danielle was successful in being shortlisted to attend the event on the 2nd November.

On Friday 4th November, Danielle was thrilled to learn the information she provided matched the criteria they were looking for, and she was offered a place in the next stage, which is a development centre.

Tenlands are so proud of Danielle as she really deserved this place. Danielle is a huge support to all the team and an asset to the 39-bed residential and residential dementia care home.

Danielle, remarked, “I’m over the moon, I really wanted this opportunity to progress in my career with HC-One.”

Jill Carr, General Site Manager of Tenlands and Lothian House, said, “I could not feel any more proud of Danielle, she really did deserve that place.”
