As part of the Easter celebrations, a garden party for Colleagues and their families was held at HC-One’s
Daneside Mews care home, in Northwich, Cheshire, on 7th April.
Misha, Trudi, Nikki, Kali, Pat, Barbara, Ellie, Keira and Megan, who all work at the 34-bed residential dementia care home, were in attendance to take part in the activities provided, including an Easter egg hunt, games, dancing, facepainting and races! Plus, much to everyone’s amusement, The Easter Bunny even made an appearance!
The kitchen team also whipped up some delicious hot dogs and mocktails.
Residents joined in with the party, one of the Residents said, “I love living here, you are all so happy!”
One of the home’s Colleagues stated, “It’s lovely to get to have fun at work and feel appreciated.”
Nicola Vernon, Care Home Manager, remarked, “What an amazing day to see everyone so relaxed and having fun, they all work so hard and do an amazing job.”
