Residents at
Cairnie Lodge, nursing and nursing dementia care home, in Angus, enjoyed an afternoon of fun and exercise.
Lauren Simpson from Skills Academy came in for a chair aerobics session.
Laurens bubbly personality and enthusiasm really encourages the Residents to take part in the session.
The routines got everyone involved, the Residents were moving, smiling and having lots of fun.
Cairnie Lodge and Skills Academy are working together to tailor interesting opportunities for the Residents soon.
The Residents had lots of fun, and one Resident said, “When are you coming back because that was great!”
