On 7th April, at HC-One’s
Aberpennar Court care home, in Miskin, Mountain Ash, the annual Easter coffee morning was held for Residents, and what a fantastic day everyone had.
In the lead up to the event, some of the Residents took part in a Easter bonnet craft session, where they brought their designs to life. They then wore these to the coffee morning, and some other Residents opted for a pair of bunny ears!
Residents at the 47-bed residential and nursing care home enjoyed a cup of tea or coffee with some delicious cake as they watched Easter parade on the television, featuring Fred Astaire and Judy Garland.
Leanne Gunter, Care Home Manager, said, “Everyone loved sporting their Easter attire and singing along to the sons.”
