Residents at
St James Park, residential and nursing care home, in Dorset were greeted by Christmas Elves this week as Colleagues dressed up for Elf Day!
There were lots of loughs and giggles as many of the Colleagues including the Wellbeing Team, Home Administrator, Care Assistants and the Kitchen Team all had their amazing costumes on.
The Residents had lots of laughs and loved seeing all the Colleagues dressed up to be working in the North Pole!
Evelyn, a Resident, commented, “This is so nice seeing everyone in different clothes other than their uniforms.”
At St James Park everyone is well and truly into the Christmas spirit with many other Christmas themed treats for our Residents including, Christmas Bingo, singers, magicians, Christmas quizzes, and lots of parties already planned in for the month of December.
Mihaela Barbulescu, Care Home Manager, added, “Our Colleagues were a vision of green and red as we enjoyed a day of fancy dress elf fun. Thank you to everyone for organising such a nice event. Residents enjoyed seeing Colleagues in something different than their usual uniform!”
