The Resident and Relatives meeting at
Daneside Mews care home, in Northwich, Cheshire, was held in the home’s dining room this month with a special themed cheese and wine event.
Both Residents and Relatives of the 34-bed residential dementia care home, really enjoyed this time together, socialising with many wonderful stories being shared and Colleagues Trudi and Nicola, who organised the event, received some lovely feedback from Relatives.
The meeting is an opportunity to share ideas and feedback to Colleagues as well as indulging in a variety of cheese, wine, cakes and fruit.
Nicola Vernon, Home Manager, commented, “It was such a lovely, relaxed evening. I love to see Relatives and Residents getting involved in events and planning in the home.”
