HC-One’s Priorslee House, in Telford, Shropshire, a high quality residential and residential dementia care home, is celebrating having received a glowing report from the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
The team at Priorslee House were delighted to have received an impressive CQC report that rated the home as ‘Good’ in all areas, demonstrating that the home is providing high standards of care for Residents, demonstrating that the home is Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsible, and Well-Led.
The inspectors were full of praise for Colleagues at Priorslee House, highlighting the kind ways in which they provide care for Residents at the home.
And there’s been double cause for celebration at Priorslee House, as Residents and Relatives have voted the care home one of the Top 20 recommended care homes in the West Midlands in the carehome.co.uk awards 2022. This marks Priorslee House’s second year in the prestigious top 20 group.
Carehome.co.uk, the UK's leading care home directory and comparison website, holds its annual Care Home Awards to recognise the 20 top-rated care homes in each region of the UK. These are based on individual review scores that carehome.co.uk have received from Residents, and their friends, family and loved ones, demonstrating real life opinions and first-hand experiences from those most closely connected to the home.
HC-One were also awarded the Top 20 Large Care Home Group Award for 2023 which recognises the Top 20 Care Home Groups in the UK based on reviews from Residents, their family and friends, and other service users.
