Random acts of kindness day from Residents at Lothian HouseResidents at Lothian House, residential and residential dementia care home, in Spennymoor, have been giving out random acts of kindness to Colleagues at the Support Office in Darlington.

Two Residents, Mel and Susan, wanted to do something kind for the Colleagues who work at the Support Centre at HC-One.

Along with Wellbeing Coordinator, Sylvia, and Minibus Driver, David the Residents took cupcakes along to the support Colleagues.

Colleagues from the Careline team met both Mel and Susan and were over the moon with the delicious cupcakes they dropped off for them.

One of the Colleagues, said, “What a lovely surprise thank you for thinking of us all.”

Hollie Rhodes, Care Manager, added, “Being kind is one of the simplest things we can do, and it doesn’t require much effort. It’s a powerful tool for spreading happiness and making a difference in people’s lives.”
