Redcar care home Residents enjoy puppet showResidents at St Peters Court, residential and residential dementia car home, in Redcar, enjoyed an afternoon of singing and entertainment.

25 of the Residents had a fantastic afternoon being entertained by Clare and her singing puppets.

The Residents sang, clapped, and tapped their feet dancing along to the music. They enjoyed a lovely cup of tea and slice of cake.

Everyone had huge smiles on their faces throughout the performance and loved having their photos taken with the puppets.

All the Residents involved shared lots of memories with others especially as the songs brought back memories from their youth.

Walter, a Resident said, “The puppets were fabulous, and I had a great afternoon.”

Jamie Stephenson, Care Home Manager, remarked, “An amazing afternoon for the Residents.  It gives everyone such pleasure to see our Residents enjoying themselves.  We will certainly be inviting the puppets back.”
