At Lincolnshire based care home, Residents at HC-One’s Brooklands care home, were delighted to join in with the annual Easter party, all covid-friendly of course.
A few people living at the home got together for an afternoon of Easter fun which involved plenty of Easter eggs, drinks and karaoke. Colleagues made chocolate egg drinks with Baileys and chocolate milkshake, whipped cream and sprinkles; which went down an absolute treat!
Everyone also got up to sing some golden oldies and duets together including Dolly Parton and Kenny Rogers, Tom Jones and Elvis.
The home was decorated by the wellbeing team and Residents were also able to take part in some Easter themed arts and crafts including cutting out Easter eggs and painting.
Melanie Walton, Home Manager, commented, “There were lots of smiles, dancing and Residents thoroughly enjoyed the day.”
