Residents at
Priory Gardens, residential, nursing, and residential dementia care home, in Pontefract, enjoyed a fantastic performance over the weekend of the Kings Coronation.
On Tuesday 9th May, after the Kings Coronation the Residents were treated a to fantastic performance from the Pontefract Liquorice Singers. The performance was a great end to the celebrations had over the weekend.
The Pontefract Liquorice Singers are a local choir and are fantastic! The performance took place outside of the care home and everyone sat and enjoyed some great singing.
The choir were grand and both Residents and Colleagues had a lovely time listening to them singing. There were some wonderful songs performed!
