HC-One’s Hodge Hill Grange care home recently opened its doors to host the annual summer fete in the home.
Residents and Relatives were joined by members of the local community, as they took part in various activities such as a raffle and enjoyed a BBQ lunch with a variety of burgers, hot dogs and side dishes available.
The home’s catering team also prepared various cakes to be enjoyed by all throughout the afternoon as music was played for all to dance and sing along to. Colleagues were delighted to have raised £200 for the Residents’ comfort fund from the exciting event.
Theresa Ingram-Gettins, Home Manager, commented: “A wonderful day was had by all, we are all looking forward to next year’s events. It is always lovely to see the Residents enjoying themselves and socialising with new people.”
