Colleagues from
Daneside Mews care home, in Northwich, Cheshire, held a team meeting this month and decided to have a bit of fun together by participating in a creative craft session.
Area Director, Rob Wheatley and HR Business Partner, Mandi Gibbs, joined Colleagues at the 64-bed residential and nursing care home for the teambuilding, which was organised by the home’s Deputy Manager, Kali Whitbread.
Using colourful card, feathers, paper and props, some jazzy outfits were made for Colleagues (see pictured), and this certainly got everyone laughing and joking together.
Home Manager at Daneside Mews, Nikki Vernon, commented, “Great to see everyone having fun and working as a team in such a fun way.”
Mandi, said, “It was a great session Nikki, Thanks for involving us. Such a great team at Daneside Mews.”
