One award-achieving Colleague at
Greatwood House care home, is celebrating receiving three awards this month!
Senior Debbie Brougham, pictured, received three awards. She was elected by fellow Colleagues as the ‘Employee of the Month’ for all her hard work and dedication to the home.
Following on, Debbie also received the renowned HC-One Kindness in Care Award, again for her incredible hard work.
To top it all off, Debbie also received her 20-year service award with the home.
These are such tremendous achievements and there were celebrations all round. New starters at the home said how they were amazed at her two decades of service to the home.
One of the Residents at the 60-bed residential and residential dementia care home, commented, “I didn’t realise she had been here that long, definitely deserving a medal.”
Odette Lilley, Care Home Manager, said, “Debbie has worked hard working and ensuring the safe running of the home through holidays and sickness. A reliable member of the team.”
