Our regional leaders

Behind every warm welcome in our care homes is a team of people making sure residents and families feel supported from the very start. Alongside our dedicated home teams, we have regional leaders who work closely with our family of care homes to help them deliver kind, high-quality care.

We have a team of Managing Directors working to support and oversee our care homes across England, Scotland and Wales. This includes visiting homes regularly, getting to know residents and families, and making sure each home has the support it needs to thrive.

Bernard supports homes across the South of England, working with care teams to create inclusive cultures where residents and colleagues can flourish. Drawing on his nursing background, Bernard understands what makes a home truly feel like home. He listens to residents and families, making sure care reflects their life stories, preferences and experiences.

Maxine supports our homes across Scotland and Wales, helping teams create welcoming environments where residents feel comfortable, valued and able to live their best life. With a wealth of experience in health and social care leadership, Maxine works closely with Home Managers, residents, families and local communities to build strong, lasting relationships.

As a qualified mental health nurse with extensive leadership experience, Nicola brings both clinical knowledge and operational insight to her role. She works with our North West teams to ensure care is shaped around each person’s needs and wishes, helping homes remain resilient, well-supported and focused on delivering exceptional care.

Tracey leads our homes in the East and West Midlands, bringing both practical insight and a heartfelt approach to her work. Dedicated to promoting kindness and connection, she ensures residents feel comfortable, cared for and understood, while encouraging active, fulfilling lifestyles in our homes.
