About our home

Located in a tranquil residential area, just outside Hull, Kesteven Grange is a purpose-built, 51 bed care home, offering residential and residential dementia care.

At Kesteven Grange Care Home, we pride ourselves on creating a warm and welcoming environment where residents can truly feel at home. The home features a choice of two comfortable sitting rooms and two inviting dining areas — perfect spaces to relax, socialise, or enjoy a meal in good company. Each area has been thoughtfully furnished for comfort and ease of use, and our pretty landscaped garden provides a peaceful spot to unwind or share time with friends and family. All bedrooms and living spaces are bright, accessible, and designed with residents’ comfort and independence in mind.

Our dedicated care team has fostered a genuine family atmosphere within the home. Mealtimes are social occasions where everyone is encouraged to come together, and special celebrations are marked with warmth and enthusiasm. Residents are invited to personalise their bedrooms with their own furniture and treasured belongings, helping to create a familiar and homely space. Every day is planned to support residents’ wellbeing — nurturing mind, body, and soul.

At Kesteven Grange, our experienced Home Manager and compassionate care team are committed to delivering the kindest possible care. Each resident receives a personalised care plan tailored to their individual needs, preferences, and routines. These plans take into account not only medical, personal and dietary requirements, but also each person’s interests, faith, and the thoughtful input of their family — ensuring every resident feels valued, understood, and supported in every way.
