HC-One’s Coppice Lodge Care Home, in Arnold, Nottingham, was filled with the warm summer sunshine and joyful laughter on Friday, July 25, as families, friends, and community members gathered for the much-anticipated annual Summer Fete.
The event was a celebration of summer spirit, which offered an unforgettable afternoon packed with fun, entertainment, and community warmth. Guests were treated to live music from a talented singer, setting the perfect soundtrack for the day’s festivities.
Visitors explored a delightful array of stalls showcasing handmade crafts, mouth-watering food, and tempting sweet treats. The lively beer garden was a hub of activity, where attendees enjoyed refreshing drinks alongside classic favourites like hot dogs.
Children were at the heart of the celebrations, with endless smiles as they bounced on the bouncy castle and enjoyed imaginative balloon designs created by the balloon man and joined in the many engaging activities on offer.
Angela Allen, HC-One’s Coppice Lodge Care Home Front of House Manager, said:
“It was wonderful to see so many smiling faces and to welcome families, friends, and our local community to Coppice Lodge.
