Residents at HC-One’s Bradley Hall Care Home in Leicester are inviting members of the local community to help spread kindness and connection by taking part in a new Pen Pals activity, launching in February.
The initiative aims to bring joy to residents through the simple but meaningful act of letter writing, giving them the opportunity to make new friends, share stories and brighten each other’s days. Bradley Hall’s residents are looking forward to receiving letters from people of all ages, whether they are sharing everyday news, memories, hobbies or simply a friendly hello.
The Pen Pals activity is part of Bradley Hall’s ongoing commitment to supporting residents’ wellbeing, encouraging social interaction and fostering strong links with the local community.
Sarah Clark, Home Manager at Bradley Hall Care Home, said:
