The dedicated team at Coopers Croft Care Home in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, part of HC-One, laced up their walking shoes to take part in a sponsored walk to raise vital funds for Dementia UK.
On Wednesday 24th September, colleagues from Coopers Croft including Jacqui Burton, Front of House Manager; Diane Poole, Head Housekeeper; Beverley Jones, Senior Carer, and Justin Copestake, Caretaker, walked to Westport Lake and back which is approximately 8 miles in a heartfelt effort to support families affected by dementia.
