HC-One’s
Elworth Grange Care Home in Sandbach will be hosting a Harvest Church Service in partnership with St Peter’s Church, Elworth, on Thursday, October 2nd.
The annual service is an opportunity for residents, colleagues, families, and members of the community to come together in celebration of the season and to give thanks. As part of the Harvest festivities, Elworth Grange is inviting donations of non-perishable food items, which will be collected and forwarded to the
Sandbach Food Bank, helping to support local people who may be experiencing hardship.
A collection box has been placed in the home’s front porch, where a list of acceptable items is also available for guidance. Suggested donations include tinned foods, dried goods, and other non-perishable essentials.
The Harvest Church Service at Elworth Grange Care Home will be open to residents, their loved ones, and invited guests, providing a warm and welcoming occasion to come together in thanksgiving and community spirit.
For more information about how to donate, please contact Elworth Grange Care Home directly.
Home Manager at HC-One’s Elworth Grange Care Home, Rachel McIntosh said:
“Harvest is a special time of year when we reflect on all that we have and share with those who are less fortunate. We are delighted to be working with St Peter’s Church to celebrate this tradition with our residents and community. The generosity of local people will make a real difference to families in need, and we are very grateful for any contributions to our collection for Sandbach Food Bank.”
