Residents at HC-One’s Coopers Croft Care Home in Stoke-on-Trent have kicked off the festive season in style with a joyful Christmas wreath-making workshop that brought together creativity, laughter and community spirit.
The heart-warming session was expertly organised by relatives Caroline Collis and Sharon Bridgett, who transformed the home dining room into a festive haven complete with craft materials, ribbons, greenery and seasonal decorations. Residents were guided step-by-step as they designed and personalised their own Christmas wreaths, choosing from an array of colours and embellishments to make each creation truly their own.
The atmosphere was filled with conversation and camaraderie as residents shared ideas, swapped decorations and admired one another’s handiwork. To add to the festive mood, colleagues served freshly brewed tea, slices of cake and mince pies, ensuring everyone had plenty of seasonal treats to enjoy while they worked.

The event is just one of many festive activities planned at Coopers Croft this December. From Christmas choir performances and craft sessions to themed parties and visits from local community groups, the home is looking forward to a month filled with celebration, companionship and holiday magic.
