HC-One is thrilled to announce that we have been ranked 47th in the Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers 2025 list, a prestigious national recognition celebrating the very best apprenticeship programmes across England. With over 600 organisations applying this year, securing a spot in the top 50 is a truly outstanding achievement.
The rankings, revealed during a virtual ceremony on Thursday 4th July, highlight employers who have demonstrated excellence in key areas including apprentice feedback, diversity, apprentice intake numbers, and achievement rates.
HC-One has over 1000 colleagues currently completing an apprenticeship across the UK, over 650 of which are completing their apprenticeships in England with one of our key apprenticeship delivery partners, Lifetime Training.
Apprenticeships at HC-One are available to both new recruits and existing colleagues, offering opportunities to grow in areas such as care, nursing, hospitality, business skills, human resource, IT, and leadership. The programme is part of HC-One’s wider commitment to providing rewarding careers in care and supporting professional growth through clearly defined progression pathways and fully funded, accredited qualifications.

In celebration of this achievement, HC-One will attend an exclusive House of Lords event on Thursday 18th September, where the top-ranking employers will be honoured for their contributions to apprenticeships in England.
