Residents at Highfield Care Home in Yarm, Stockton-on-Tees, are enjoying a new mid-week highlight: a weekly Afternoon Tea that is quickly becoming a much-loved tradition.
Every Wednesday at 2:30pm, Chef Manager Deborah Bailey-Knibbs prepares a freshly made Afternoon Tea, featuring homemade treats and warm hospitality. The event is not only for residents – members of the local community are warmly invited to join, creating an opportunity for new friendships and shared experiences.
Home Manager Lisa Hesslewood, said:
