Millcroft Care Home invites local community to weekly ‘Strong and Steady’ exercise class with AdeleHC-One’s Millcroft Care Home in Redditch is inviting members of the local community to take part in a free weekly Strong and Steady exercise class, led by experienced instructor Adele Fyfield, designed to help people feel more confident on their feet.
 
The class takes place every Friday from 2pm to 3pm and is ideal for anyone who feels unsteady when walking or who has experienced a fall. The session focuses on gentle exercises to improve strength and balance, helping participants stay active, independent, and confident in their day-to-day lives.
 
Following each class, attendees are invited to enjoy cake and a hot drink, offering a chance to relax, socialise, and meet others from the local community in a friendly and welcoming environment.
