Millcroft Care Home invites community to free weekly Burns Brothers exercise classHC-One’s Millcroft Care Home in Redditch is inviting residents and members of the local community to take part in a free weekly seated exercise class designed to support physical health, wellbeing and social connection.
 
The Burns Brothers Exercise Class takes place every Tuesday from 11am to 11.30am and is delivered via Zoom, with participants joining the Burns Brothers live from Millcroft’s cinema room. The class is fully seated, making it accessible for people of all abilities, and focuses on improving mobility, strength, coordination and confidence through gentle, guided movements.
 
Regular participation in seated exercise can help improve circulation, flexibility and balance, while also boosting mood and mental wellbeing. The class also provides a valuable social opportunity, helping participants feel connected and motivated in a relaxed and friendly environment.
